We are a PPO practice dedicated to providing quality dental care and delivering the best service possible to our patients. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Dental Assistant with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about high-quality patient care and have the skills to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
  2. Take and develop dental X-rays.
  3. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
  4. Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  5. Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during visits.
  6. Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
  2. Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or Dental Assistant (DA) certification.
  3. X-ray certification required (California Radiation Safety).
  4. Current CPR/BLS certification.
  5. Infection control certification (per California state laws).
  6. Ability to follow California state regulations and OSHA standards.
  7. Knowledge of dental software, such as Eaglesoft.
  8. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and work well in a team.
  9. Positive attitude, motivated, and detail oriented.
  10. Willingness to work on Saturdays.
