Position Overview

NHBlacklabs Delivery LLC, a Veteran-owned company, is seeking responsible Delivery Drivers to distribute products safely to residential and commercial customers, including partners like Amazon. We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer career growth opportunities within our team.

Responsibilities

• Complete 100-200 stops per day in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and effective use of Android devices.
• Safe operation of delivery vehicles.
• Use GPS for routing and customer information.
• Navigate various routes and work in different weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs and walk up to ~200 times per day.
• Work a 7-day operation, including weekends, with flexible schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $21.75/hour plus safety and performance bonuses.
• Weekly paychecks every Friday.
• Potential $3-4/hour bonus based on delivery and safety targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No recent speeding or moving citations.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Proficient with smartphones and applications.
• At least 21 years old with a valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, and stretch during shifts.
• Comfortable driving and problem-solving in varied conditions.
