Job summary

TBC Corporation in Baton Rouge is hiring full-time Service and Delivery Drivers to deliver tires and equipment to customers and assist with warehouse inventory. Operate company vehicles safely, follow DOT rules, and maintain a clean MVR.

Starting pay $20.00–$21.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and generous PTO. This role requires 21+ years old and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused approach to driving and operations.
• 1+ years of delivery experience preferred.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents.
• Current driver's license valid for vehicle type.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously within policy.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Follow DOT hours-of-service requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of products and procedures.
• Deliver tires/equipment to customers per route.
• Handle COD per policy when applicable.
• Maintain clean, safe vehicle and work area.
• Provide service aligned with People Focused Values.
• Wear the company-provided uniform.
• Operate MHE safely as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
