Wynfield Park Health & Rehab in Albany, GA is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. You will sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, and assist with laundry while following safety and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate basic cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and respect for residents.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, damp mop, and wet mop floors following center procedures.
• Report carpet areas needing cleaning to supervisor.
• Vacuum carpeted rooms and clean surfaces in patient rooms.
• Empty trash, clean bathrooms, and windows.
• Move furniture to clean behind/underneath it.
• Turn bed mattresses after cleaning.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection control standards.
• Safeguard chemicals and follow MSDS precautions.
• Assist in proper use of housekeeping equipment.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and report repairs.
