EverTrue Cumberland Crossing in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on care for older adults. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, meals, light housekeeping and meaningful engagement in a supportive home-like setting.

The role requires prior experience with older adults, strong communication, and reliable transportation to client homes or EverTrue communities as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with older adults preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, exercise, and ambulation.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry, including making beds and ironing.
• Prepare meals based on client needs and preferences.
• Notify nursing or office staff of changes in client condition.
• Accompany clients to doctor appointments and assist with errands.
