Job summary

Visiting Angels Senior Care in Lancaster, PA is seeking compassionate caregivers for flexible evening shifts with the possibility of full-time hours. The position offers a sign-on bonus, referral bonuses, weekend wage premiums, and a company 401K plan with matching.

Travel to nearby communities may be required, and we provide 24/7 support during shifts. This is a part-time role with potential full-time hours depending on demand and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA license preferred but not required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Help with light housekeeping and quiet household tasks.
• Perform transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance as needed.
• Monitor client safety and comfort throughout the night.
• Provide all other non-medical assistance as assigned.
