Juniper Communities is hiring a full-time Care Aide for 7 am–3 pm shifts in the United States. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and engagement.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, with higher rates for Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers. Juniper emphasizes diversity and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
• Med Tech Certificate (Preferred).
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
