Pediatric Home Service is hiring a Full Time Day RN or LVN for an infant in Nacogdoches. This role provides 1:1 pediatric home health care to help a child grow and thrive at home.

Join a caring team with hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care. No experience is required, and 24/7 support is available to help you succeed in this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Comfort with 1:1 pediatric home health care.
• No prior home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to an infant.
• Care for infant with G-tube; assist with basic ventilator/trach care if trained.
• Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to monitor progress.
