Job summary

Pediatric Home Service in Texas is seeking an RN or LVN to provide compassionate, in-home nursing care for a single pediatric client with a G-tube. You will work in Princeton, TX, Tue & Thurs-Sun 8a-8p, delivering high-quality care and building trusting relationships with the child and family.

This role offers comprehensive training in ventilator, trach, and G-tube care, plus 24/7 support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as listed (Tue & Thu-Sun 8a-8p).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care for a single pediatric client.
• Coordinate with family and broader care team to implement the care plan.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to supervisor.
