Central Maintenance & Service in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Day Porter who is dedicated, consistent, organized, and proud of their work to keep the facility presentable for customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Duties include light cleaning (dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal), maintaining the front lobby and common areas, restocking restrooms, and responding to cleaning emergencies.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Cleaning experience is helpful.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

The Day Porter is responsible for making sure the facility is presentable to the public and to uphold the image of the facility by performing basic cleaning and maintenance tasks. Overall dutiesinclude:

• General light cleaning such as, dusting, wiping down mirrors, trash removal, restroom cleaning, etc.
• Maintaining front lobby area
• Restocking restrooms
• Maintaining common areas
• Responding to cleaning emergencies
