Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Part Time Day Porter to maintain clean and healthy environments for client buildings. The role runs Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking and bending during shifts.
• Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training.
• Ability to work at multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms and windows, dust surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Be flexible and able to work at other sites as required.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Must be able to work at other sites in needed.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
