Responsibilities

• Prepares various foods according to dietician-approved menus.
• Operates kitchen equipment such as mixer, slicer, oven, steamer.
• Maintains clean surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
• Prepares meals in large quantities using institutional cookware.
• Ensures meals are ready on time and portions are controlled.
• Follows infection control policies and keeps equipment clean.
• Reports needed repairs to maintenance.
