LendNation, operated by QCHI, is hiring a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our Carthage, MO team. The role focuses on handling cash transactions, initiating loans, and providing exceptional customer service.

You must be 18+, have proof of work eligibility in the U.S., and be able to work rotating shifts with some Saturdays. We offer a monthly bonus program and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health and vision insurance, Paid Time Off, and other programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete cash transactions for our customers.
• Initiate customer loans.
