Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, take orders over the phone and in person, and promote pizza specials.

This full-time role requires reliability, clear communication, ability to follow grooming standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment. Training provided for product prep, opening/closing procedures, and using the POS system; transportation to shifts required.

Qualifications

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to speak and write clearly; comfortable with a computer-based order entry system.
• Must have transportation to arrive on time for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Domino standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
