Position Overview

Serve as a brand ambassador by providing excellent customer service while delivering orders to customers' homes. Drive a company vehicle safely, following Harris Teeter's standards, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver customer orders promptly and courteously.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, explaining Harris Teeter's delivery process to customers.
3. Maintain professionalism and personal presentation.
4. Drive safely and adhere to driving standards.
5. Ensure deliveries are in good condition and resolve any issues.
6. Communicate with customers about delivery status and changes.
7. Keep accurate records of deliveries.
8. Assist fellow drivers when needed.
