Job summary

nomnom is hiring a Customer Service Associate for Northwest Blvd, Spokane, WA. This full-time role involves greeting customers, processing sales at the POS, stocking goods, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You will participate in trainings and be eligible for company benefits as part of a larger Par Pacific team. The position requires 19+ years old, legal work authorization in the United States, and a preference for retail/cash handling experience with strong English

Qualifications

Basic math accuracy required.
Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the gas station and front counter.
Ring up sales accurately on POS and handle various payment types.
Manage cash and other tender forms, including coupons, according to policies.
Follow store policies and safety/environmental procedures.
Receive, stock and organize merchandise; maintain inventory and assist with audits.
Help maintain site cleanliness and operate equipment; report issues promptly.
Collaborate with team to create a positive work environment.
Be flexible with hours and duties as needed; attend trainings and meetings.
Obtain required food and age-restricted product certifications within two weeks.
