Job summary

Envoy Air Inc in Madison, WI is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Agent to greet passengers, assist with check-in and ticketing, and help rebook itineraries using our reservation software. You will interact with customers in a courteous, efficient manner and support a positive travel experience.

No experience required; on-the-job training and development programs help you advance. Shifts may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
