Responsibilities
  • Create a positive customer experience both internally and externally
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
  • Coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
  • Manage register assignments, POS coverage, and support break coordination
  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure store tasks are completed according to plan, prioritizing as needed
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members about priorities and progress
  • Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with management on training needs to enhance team effectiveness
  • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Support store shrink reduction initiatives
  • Maintain a safe environment by promoting safety awareness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Adaptability to changing directions and unexpected situations
  • Team-oriented mindset, working well with peers and supervisors
  • Ability to train others
  • At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
