Pitt County Schools in Greenville, North Carolina is seeking a Custodian/Bus Driver. The role reports to the school principal/head custodian and offers full-time employment with dawn-to-dusk responsibilities across custodial and transportation tasks.

The starting pay is NC04 $16.83 per hour, with duties including cleaning, maintenance support, student assistance, and safe operation of facilities and bus-related tasks.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible for a school bus driver's license (CDL).

Mansioni

• Clean and wash floors, walls, ceilings; dust and polish furniture; wash windows; strip, spray, buff, wax and polish floors; wash and clean restrooms.
• Disposal of garbage and trash; set up and shift furniture as required.
• Provide assistance to students, teachers, public, and staff as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain grounds and perform minor repairs; snow removal duties as assigned.
• Transport teaching supplies and equipment; operate building systems and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain bus license and accept bus driver assignments as needed.
• Order custodial materials; participate in key maintenance programs.
