Job summary

ESFM is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate in the SE Portland/Tualatin area to keep buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning tasks, floor care, and waste handling. The role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, full-time. At least 1 year of janitorial experience preferred; training provided. The position pays $21.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience preferred.
• Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Collect, dispose of trash following procedures.
• Dust, damp mop floors per procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning; return to place.
• Clean assigned areas with appropriate materials; sanitize surfaces.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture; maintain clean environment.
• Identify areas needing cleaning; take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrubs, buffs, and refinishes floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute to team; maintain professional conduct with coworkers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
