Facility Information:

St. Agnes Hospital is a 174-bed facility that does approximately 5,000 surgical cases per year. CRNA's/AA's will provide medically directed anesthesia for a variety of cases including general, ortho, ENT, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, and podiatry. The surgical area at St. Agnes Hospital has six operating rooms.

Founded by Mother Agnes Hazotte and the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes, SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital treated its first patient in 1896. The 146-bed hospital has grown into both an inpatient and outpatient facility providing innovative community and regional health care services to the greater Fond du Lac area.
