VitalHires is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join a tight-knit, tenured team in Ponca City, OK. The provider will manage anesthesia across general, regional, and orthopedic cases with support from Corporate Clinical Leaders.

Requirements include NBCRNA certification, Oklahoma RN and CRNA licenses, and 1–3 years of CRNA experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required; experience with regional blocks and ultrasound guidance is preferred.

Qualifications

The CRNA will provide anesthesia management for diverse patient populations across various surgical specialties including general, GI, ENT, and orthopedic cases. They will work within a supportive team environment to deliver optimal patient care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Job Summary

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in General, Regional Blocks, Ortho and OB/GYN cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Proficiency in regional blocks, ultrasound-guided locks and peripheral nerve blocks is desired.
