Job summary

BGM Custom Wear is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer / Screen Print Press Operator to join our team in Fairmount City, PA. The role blends creative design with hands-on production on the shop floor, requiring accuracy, speed, and pride in finished goods.

You will design for screen printing and embroidery, prepare production artwork, set up screens, and help ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards and organized files.

Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• Screen printing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Previous apparel or print-production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and other custom products.
• Set up artwork for production, including sizing, placement, separations, and color requirements.
• Make customer design revisions and prepare final files for production.
• Communicate with sales and production staff regarding artwork needs.
• Maintain organized artwork and production files.
• Set up and operate automatic and manual screen printing equipment.
• Prepare screens and artwork for production.
• Register and print multi-color jobs.
• Mix and match inks as needed.
• Inspect garments throughout production to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow BGM production procedures and safety requirements.
