Legends is seeking a skilled Bartender for Cowboys Bar & Grill at Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, OK. You will craft cocktails, assist servers, and ensure guest satisfaction with timely, high-quality drinks.

Requirements include at least two years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of drink recipes and wines, and the ability to work long hours including nights and weekends. You must communicate in English and maintain a polished appearance while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender for at least two years.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes.
• Know how to create and execute one of a kind drinks.
• Extensive knowledge of wines.
• Must be able to create and serve drinks in a timely manner.
• Ability to read, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take beverage orders from guests or servers.
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages to standards.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner.
• Provide information on wine characteristics and service.
• Check identification to verify age for alcohol purchase.
• Handle an assigned bank and balance receipts.
• Keep bar area clean and organized and stock supplies.
• Serve food items to guests seated at the bar.
