Job summary

Revelation Pharma in Tucson, AZ is seeking a professional Pharmacy Technician to join our team. You will prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds, process prescriptions, and support laboratory technicians under supervision of a pharmacist.

Required: state license, HS diploma, 3+ years pharmacy experience, and ability to start full-time immediately. We offer benefits including Life Insurance, PTO, 401K matching, and Sick leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be licensed by the State you are applying to work in as a Registered Pharmacy Technician.
• Ability to navigate basic computer operating systems.
• Must have at least 3 years of pharmacy experience.
• Must be able to work full time immediately upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and state laws and regulations.
• Work under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check prescriptions for completeness and enter information to generate labels and invoices.
• Fill and label prescriptions and prepackage medications and kits.
• Communicate with prescribers for refill authorization and relay messages.
• Assist team lead with organization and appearance of front-end inventory and pricing.
• May include sterile and non-sterile compounding of various medications.
• Investigate incidents and document resolutions.
