Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, across a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle. The role progresses to a placed houseparent living with the same group.

Qualifications

• Two-person couple role, married at least two years.
• Minimum age 27 for both spouses.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with youth and commitment to a smoke-free campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
