Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, supervise 8–13 students, and support academic, emotional, and social development.

Positions start with nine days on, followed by three days off, with growth into a Placed Houseparent role. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and supervise student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
