Job summary

The Neighborhood at Rio Rancho in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. You will implement the care plan developed by the OTR/L and physician, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to residents.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate degree in OTA, a state license, and have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state license and licensure requirements per state and national boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
