Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions, meeting production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions, temperatures, and attractive presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety policies; reports needed maintenance or accidents.
