Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions at the McLeod Carolina Forest location in Myrtle Beach, SC. The schedule runs Sunday through Saturday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Previous cooking experience is preferred; training is offered to new hires.

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining hot/cold temperatures and attractive presentation.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintains refrigeration and storerooms, stores food and supplies per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance issues to supervisor promptly.
