Provincial Senior Living in the Guilford area is seeking a full-time Cook to join our team, with Tuesday through Saturday shifts. You’ll work on grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line, preparing meals per menu cycles and standardized recipes, and tasting to ensure quality and palatability.

Our community is looking for a full time Cook from Tues-Saturday to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and on the service line;
• Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and the standardized recipes;
• Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering, or banquets preferred
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
