We are seeking a Cook to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The responsibilities include:

  1. Cooking a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Preparing and portioning food prior to cooking.
  3. Final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing.
  4. Acting as a liaison for the Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure meal prep and delivery accuracy.
  5. Following standardized recipes and handling high-volume culinary tasks.
  6. Cleaning kitchen areas and equipment before and after use.
  7. Managing inventory and purchasing, including stock rotation.
  8. Developing recipes and ensuring compliance.
  9. Handling last-minute requests for special events.
