The role requires cook/prep experience, knife skills, and strong communication; you will follow recipes and work with a team on a 6:00 am–3:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays.

As you prepare high-quality meals, you will ensure proper temperatures, HACCP standards, and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality items according to recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portioning and temperatures.

• Assists with ordering, receiving and records as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and reports maintenance needs.
