Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees and creates an enjoyable dining experience for customers and staff.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages according to company standards.
• Plans menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in service.
• Manages cash handling and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources and ensures sanitation and safety standards.
