Unidine is hiring for a full-time COOK position at Fountainview, Monsey, NY 10952. Schedule is 7:00 am to 3:00 pm; days may vary. Prior cooking experience is required. Pay range is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring food is attractive and tasty.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; stores food and supplies per standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and maintains safe food-handling procedures.
