Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time COOK positions at 55 Schilling Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21031. Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, including some weekends. Prior cooking experience preferred.

You will prepare high-quality meals, follow standardized recipes, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards. Compensation is $20.00 per hour with robust benefits and opportunities for growth within a top hospitality company.

• Prepares food in accordance with standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe handling of food and equipment; stores or discards excess food per procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
