Compass Group USA’s Eurest division is hiring a full-time cook in Durham, NC, with a Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm schedule. The role requires cooking and knife skills, ability to follow recipes, and ServSafe is a plus. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with ongoing applications accepted until filled.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Keeps kitchen clean and organized; stores food according to safety standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment per instruction.
• Assists with inventory, ordering and receiving when needed.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and safety procedures.
