Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Cook in West Roxbury, MA to prepare breakfast, lunch, and catered events. You will operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and other kitchen equipment while ensuring safe, sanitary practices and timely food service to guests.

The Cook works under the Chef or Chef Manager, contributes to inventory, and upholds company standards for safety and customer service. Competitive benefits and weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast, lunch and/or catered event cooking.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Regulate appliance temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
• Prepare and serve foods according to recipes and supervisor guidance.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
