Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a full-time cook for a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on preparing meals per planned menus and therapeutic diets while ensuring portions and appearance meet standards.

• - Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
• -Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• -Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
• -Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders

• -Be sure that the appropriate equipment and utensils are provided with the residents meal tray.

Experience
