Job Title: Full-Time Cook

Join Our Culinary Team at Crossroads Care Center of Pewaukee! We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Cook to provide nutritious and appealing meals to our residents. Located at the corner of Watertown Rd and Pewaukee Rd in Waukesha, WI, our facility specializes in rehabilitation, long-term care, and skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently open the kitchen to ensure timely meal service.
2. Prepare high-quality food following safety and sanitation guidelines.
3. Assist with cleanup, setup, and takedown of prep and dining areas.
4. Deliver food carts to resident care areas.
5. Prepare and serve snacks between meals.
6. Maintain inventory of food and supplies.
7. Engage in ongoing education on protocols and dietary guidelines.
8. Interact professionally with team members, guests, and residents.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned with a positive attitude.

Shift Details:

Full-Time: 06:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or collaboratively.
• Reliable with good organizational skills.
