Job summary

Penalty Box Bar & Grill is hiring a Full-Time Cook to join our growing kitchen team at the Salem Ice Center in Salem, NH. No prior experience required—we will train you! You’ll work in a fast-paced rink environment among players, fans and youth teams, with opportunities to learn and grow.

Hours are 3pm to close on weekdays and 8am to close on weekends, with day, evening and weekend shifts. Base pay ranges from $16.00–$24.00/hr (entry), $18.00–$27.00/hr with experience, plus tip pooling.

• Cook and prep menu items to company standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
• Support daily food prep and stocking.

No professional kitchen experience? We will train you! Bring your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork — we'll teach you the rest.

Role Type & Pay

• Full-Time.


• Start Immediately!


• Entry level $16.00 – $24.00/hr (base salary plus tip pooling).


• With experience - $18.00 – $27.00/hr (base salary plus tip pooling).


• Must be available for day, night & weekend shifts.


• Hours are 3pm to close M-F, 8am to close S-S.
