Job summary

Essentia Health's St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Nutrition Services team member. You will prepare high-quality, nutritious foods for customers, assist with large and small scale cooking, baking, and basic food preparation while keeping work areas clean and stocked.

The role requires strict adherence to infection control guidelines and proper use of institutional equipment. Serve Safe certification is required within 90 days of hire or transfer.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen preparation or cooking in an institutional setting is preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer.
• Properly uses and cares for institutional food service equipment.
