Hiring Now: Pharmacy Manager Long-Term Care
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Assignment Type: 13+ Week Temp-to-Hire Contract

Position Snapshot:
We are actively seeking a licensed Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations in a long-term care environment. This is a critical leadership role offering the potential to convert to a permanent position after the initial contract period.

Facility Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

• You ll work four shifts per week with one fixed weekday off

• On-call duties required every other weekend

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A current, unrestricted PA pharmacist license

• Prior work experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy is highly preferred

• Familiarity with QS/1 PrimeCare software is a strong advantage, though not mandatory

• Strong leadership presence and communication skills

• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced care setting
