Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospital team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and support families in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires an active LPN license, a minimum of 1 year hospital experience, and current BLS certification. You will work under an RN or physician, documenting care in the EHR and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.
