Cardinal Bay in Oklahoma City is seeking a Full-time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary community. The role supports residents and staff by ensuring restrooms, common areas, and living spaces meet high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, supply area maintenance, and assisting with make-ready of vacant apartments. Benefits cover health, retirement, and employee programs; shift is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related cleaning experience preferred.
• Great customer service attitude.
• Ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
• Knowledge of janitorial responsibilities.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial duties: clean restrooms, trash, dust, vacuum, and clean interior glass.
• Maintain clean and orderly janitorial supply area.
• Keep common areas, restrooms, and hallways per cleanliness standards.
• Follow safety standards per OSHA and health/building codes.
• Promptly report safety and security incidents to supervisor.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant apartments as assigned.
• Manage keys, equipment, supplies, inventory, and other property.
