Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents in their accommodations and shared spaces.
• Assist with laundry services when needed.
• Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat and organized.
• Maintain equipment and ensure spaces are clean and safe.
• Deliver friendly, resident-focused service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
