Community First Solutions in Mason, OH seeks compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, dignity, and independence. The role offers full-time hours (36 per week) with alternating weekends and holiday rotations, plus PRN shifts (minimum three 12‑hour shifts monthly, including one weekend day).

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with experience-based adjustments. No certification required to start; opportunities for growth and development are available

Mansioni

• Assists residents in activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, dressing, laundry) as documented in the resident's service plan.
• Provides resident comfort by transporting residents, answering call lights, and reporting observations to the nursing supervisor.
• Responds to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Assists residents in and out of bed and wheelchair using safe lifting/transferring techniques.
• Supports Engagement staff in planned activities.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records electronically.
• Follows universal precautions and safety policies for exposure to blood/body fluids.
• Adheres to professional standards and community policies, protecting residents and guests.
• Maintains job knowledge through education opportunities and professional involvement.
• Maintains a safe environment and adheres to safety standards.
• Follows mandated reporting requirements and communicates concerns to the person in charge.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
