Comfort Keepers in Northeast Ohio is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safety support. You will assist with activities of daily living and engage clients in meaningful daily interactions to promote independence and happiness at home.

We offer competitive pay at $17–$20 per hour, with a $0.50 per hour raise after 90 days, differential pay for weekends and overnights, paid training, flexible schedules, mileage

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience, reliability, and a heart for serving older adults.
• All experience levels welcome—no experience required.
• Background check and motor vehicle screening required.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided)
• Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them
• Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy—conversation, hobbies, outings
• Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Communicate observations and updates to the office
