Peak Point seeks an Event Operations Associate to support nonprofit campaigns at community events and outreach locations. You will interact with the public, introduce programs, answer questions, and help events run smoothly in-person.

This in-person role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude. Paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow with a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people in public settings.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Reliable transportation, punctual, and dependable.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, sales, or fundraising is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach locations.
• Start conversations with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
