Service Master by Gibson is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team in Avon Grove School District, Pennsylvania. We have immediate openings for Day and Evening shifts, offering a consistent M-F schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Training is provided and no prior experience is required. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms and common areas, restrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces, with strict adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must pass PA State Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI fingerprinting may be required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Empty and remove heavy trash bags from classrooms and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Wipe down desks, high-touch surfaces, and fixtures
• Refill paper and soap dispensers
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Lock up and secure assigned areas as needed
